An honest close-out
Focus Receipt: Day Till is built for people who feel days disappear into phone time and context-switching, but dislike streak pressure. Log blocks, review the receipt, close the till, and keep a sealed ledger— local-first on your iPhone or iPad.
How it works: set wake/sleep and a default plan mix → log on the till or ring a live block → review leaks and remaining budget → close the till to seal the day.

This Privacy Policy describes how Shanessa Johnson (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile application Focus Receipt: Day Till (bundle ID focusreceipt.shanessajohnson).
Summary
The app keeps your time logs on your device. Core features described on the App Store work from local storage. We do not sell your personal information.
Information stored on your device
- Optional display name and schedule preferences (wake/sleep hours, attention rate, default plan mix).
- Time blocks you log (category, start/end, optional notes), daily plans, and sealed day summaries.
- Optional sample/demo data you choose to keep or clear in Settings.
This data is stored locally in the app’s private storage on your device (JSON snapshot). Clearing app data or using “Clear all logs” in Settings removes it according to iOS storage rules.
Network and third-party product APIs
Focus Receipt: Day Till does not use third-party content APIs such as TMDB or RAWG. Normal use described in the App Store listing does not upload your till logs to a first-party analytics cloud.
Sharing you initiate
If you use Share / Export, the app can create plain-text summaries of a day, window, or sealed history. Those texts leave the device only through the system share sheet you choose (Messages, Mail, Files, etc.).
Apple platforms
When you download the app from the App Store, Apple may process information under Apple’s privacy practices (purchases, device diagnostics you enable with Apple, etc.). That processing is governed by Apple, not by this policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
- Edit or delete individual blocks inside the app.
- Clear all logs from Settings.
- Uninstall the app to remove local app storage from the device.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
